Villa Nova is equipped with two all-weather tennis courts, a fitness room and gym, a library and a conference room. Nearby there is golf at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland golf courses, an equestrian centre, hiking trails with guides and watersports from scuba diving to waterskiing.

Beach picnics can be arranged, also island tours, day cruises on luxury catamarans and trips to the idyllic Tobago Keys in the nearby island group, The Grenadines.
