Set within a tangled rainforest of mahogany, mango and bearded fig trees, Villa Nova's Spa has been designed by internationally renowned professionals from the world of fitness and wellbeing to set new standards of excellence for those seeking health, harmony and the rejuvenation of mind and body.

In keeping with its emphasis on the individual, our clients will be treated, trained and pampered in the privacy of their own discreet and secluded villa, set beneath the lush Barbadian rainforest canopy within the 15 acre walled hotel estate.

Spa treatments and programmes have been designed specifically to harmonise the physical and the spiritual. Programmes will focus the mind and body to re-energise and de-stress. • Eight spacious treatment villas - with state of the art interior design - each is hidden amidst the lush tropical vegetation and cling to a coral stone cliff overwhich a spectacular waterfall cascades. Private verandas house double and single baths, and hydrotherapy showers where clients' tailored programme of treatments will restore harmony of the mind and renewal of the body.
   
• The Dojo - a meandering pathway, through the tall mahogany and royal palm trees, leads to the specially created jungle gymnasium where guests can be guided through a specially choreographed health programme. A menu of daily classes, including active pursuits such as kick-boxing, circuit -training, spinning and functional training will cater for all levels of fitness and individual needs.
